Grace Cole has been creating art for over 25 years. Often represented as a portrait painter, she is also drawn to other ideas, materials, and techniques. Noting that "the world is so rich with subject matter, with possibilities to stimulate the artist and the viewer," Cole says she finds it stimulating to work in the mini-series format, which allows her to explore several themes simultaneously.
